Every once in a while you get that itch to buy a new lens for your camera. It’s not always because you need one. It’s not always to help you get that shot that you could not get with your current kit. Sometimes, you just want to look through different eyes.
I am quite guilty of this myself, often.
I find myself wandering off to the beautiful world wide web with every store, and every product at my fingertips. I know, dangerous right? What are you going to do, it happens.
One of my favorite lenses is the 50mm 1.8, also known as the “Nifty Fifty“. A simple prime lens that gets the job done, and quite well! The lens has rave reviews, and results, for how cheap it is. You can usually find them for around $100 new.
Imagine my surprise when I found another manufacturer, for near half the price!
At this price, you could buy two of these and have one as a spare, or for a second body, and still not spend as much as you would have if you bought the Manufacturer brand.
I’ll post up some test shots after mine comes in!
Order on the way!
